Death records become open on the 25th anniversary of their filing.
PLEASE NOTE:
A birth record filed on or after 1952 would be a confidential birth record
and you would have to be a qualified applicant to request it.
A death record filed on or after 1977 would be a confidential death record
and you would have to be a qualified applicant to request it.
