Jacob "Jake" English, born 18 Jan 1860 in Texas; died 01 Jun 1935. He was the son of Levi English and Matilda Jane Burleson. This page includes some of Jake's papers. His papers give an interesting view of early Dimmit County residents. You should consider them as the memory of one individual, not as researched historical fact.
